Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to the company
- Drive business growth, project execution, and profitability.
- Oversee operations, finance, marketing, and project development.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and brand credibility.
- Responsible for forming a system driven office with a predictable team.
Eligibility:-
- Proven Leadership experience in REAL ESTATE industry.
- Strong business acumen with hands-on operational exposure
- Excellent strategic planning, decision-making and communication skills.
Experience :-
- Senior leadership experience with a BUILDER / DEVELOPER.
Educational Qualifications:-
- B Tech in Civil Engineering, with MBA preferred or MBA with experience in handling a Technical team
