Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails, and redirect them appropriately
- Coordinate client visits, meetings, and appointments with the team
- Handle front desk operations and ensure the reception area is well-maintained
- Provide basic information about company services, events, and offerings
- Maintain visitor records, entry logs, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for client meetings and event inquiries
- Manage couriers, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Support the team during client meetings and event discussions
- Ensure a premium client experience aligned with Sensational Group’s brand image
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English required)
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service mindset and polite behavior
- Ability to handle pressure during busy event schedules
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
