Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven DGM – Sales to lead and manage the sales function for our real estate projects in Zirakpur. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, developing strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Drive project sales (residential/commercial) and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, site visits, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper lead management and conversion through CRM systems.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8–15 years in real estate sales (minimum 3–5 years in leadership role).
- Strong experience in Zirakpur/Tricity market (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and large teams.
