Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Advocate for handling Trademark (TMR) related work. The candidate will be responsible for managing trademark filings, oppositions, hearings, and related legal procedures. Freshers who are willing to learn and grow in the field of Intellectual Property are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Trademark Registry (TMR) matters
- Filing trademark applications, replies, and oppositions
- Attending hearings (physical/virtual)
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining case records
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Trademark Law will be preferred
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Freshers can also apply
Salary: 15000-20000/- As per experience and skills
