About the Role
Orbitwise Academy, the language and skills division of Orbitwise Private Limited, is seeking an experienced French Language Tutor to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering engaging classroom training for students and professionals.
The tutor will be responsible for delivering structured French language programs from beginner to advanced levels (A1–C2) aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive French language classes for learners from A1 to C2 levels.
- Teach grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Design structured lesson plans, assignments, and evaluations.
- Prepare students for international French language exams and study abroad requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and improvement strategies.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Create engaging classroom activities to improve fluency and confidence in French communication.
- Support the development and improvement of Orbitwise Academy’s French curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French / Foreign Languages / Linguistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching French.
- Ability to teach all CEFR levels from A1 to C2.
- Strong command of spoken and written French.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as DELF / DALF / TEF / TCF.
- Experience teaching students preparing for international education.
- Ability to conduct interactive and immersive language training.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms.
