Role Summary:
As a Dialysis Trainee/Intern, you will work closely with registered nurses and senior technicians to gain hands-on experience in providing hemodialysis to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). This role involves learning to operate specialized equipment, monitoring patient stability, and adhering to strict infection control protocols in a care home or clinical setting. and cooperate with the care home programs and giving support to the care taker staffs.
