Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and responsible Gaming Zone Operations Executive to manage daily operations of our gaming center. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, interest in gaming, and good customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up PC and PS5 gaming sessions
- Start and stop gaming sessions and manage time tracking
- Handle billing, payments, and cash management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming area
- Ensure gaming equipment is handled properly
- Perform basic troubleshooting (PC restart, controller setup, login issues)
- Monitor customer activity and maintain discipline
- Assist in promoting memberships and offers
- Report technical issues to management
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in gaming (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of popular games (Valorant, FIFA, GTA, etc.) preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
