About the Role
We are looking for a QA Testing Engineer to elevate our software quality standards. As part of our technology team, you will work closely with highly skilled engineers to create and execute comprehensive testing strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Review P&ID technical documentation and create accurate test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform web application testing across browsers, devices, and environments
- Integrate testing processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Utilize test design and defect management tools effectively
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results
- Identify opportunities for automation and support CI/CD implementation
- Analyze root causes of defects and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering
- Experience in test design, test case creation, and defect management
- Experience testing web applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Python, or C#
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a remote global team environment
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Graph Theory
- Experience with TestMo or similar test management tools
- Ability to read and create CAD diagrams
- Previous startup experience
- ISTQB Certification
