A telecaller acts as the vital link between an organization and its customers. They initiate or receive calls to promote products, generate leads, provide customer support, and resolve inquiries. - Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective leads to promote products, services, or fundraising efforts. [1, 2]
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, grievances, and service issues. [1, 2]
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, pitch appropriate offerings, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team. [1, 2]
- Data Management: Record all call details and maintain accurate customer databases using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets. [1, 2]
- Follow-ups: Schedule and execute follow-up calls with prospects to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
