Position Summary
We are looking for a Production Manager with experience in metal fabrication and engineering manufacturing to support production planning, shop-floor operations, quality control, and timely execution of manufacturing activities at our Indore facility.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, structural fabrication, engineering workshops, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
- Coordinate fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor productivity.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate with stores and procurement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution.
