Position
Senior Sister / Nursing In-Charge
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Coordinate patient care plans with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor nursing documentation, patient safety, and quality compliance.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Conduct patient rounds and oversee admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Organize staff meetings and continuous nursing education programmes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Promote infection control, NABH standards, and clinical excellence.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (Mandatory).
- 10–12 years of hospital experience, including experience as a Senior Sister / Nursing In-Charge.
- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience).
