Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Study Abroad
Location: Calicut
Experience: 0–1+ Years (Study Abroad experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to student leads and respond to enquiries.
- Understand students' study abroad requirements and provide initial guidance.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Student Counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure engagement.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for smooth lead handover.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
