Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, resource management, quality control, budget monitoring, client coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting project execution.
Site Operations
- Supervise Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits and review project performance.
- Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
- Control project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs, and project expenditures.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
- Conduct project review meetings with clients and management.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction regulations.
- Implement safety policies and conduct regular safety audits.
- Ensure all projects comply with statutory and legal requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
