1. Processing Vendor Invoices
· Verifying Bills received against Purchase Orders.
· Ensuring all details in Bills are correct.
· Co-ordinating with Factory team to ensure all bills are in order and no bills are missed.
· Raising Debit Notes where necessary and sending the same to Suppliers.
2. Processing Transporter Bills
· Matching Transporter Bills with corresponding Vendor invoice to ensure goods have been received in the Plant. Verifying the GRN numbers.
· Verifying Transporter Bills to ensure adherence to approved rates.
· Forwarding Transporter Bills along with copy of Vendor Invoice for payment.
· Raising debit notes where excess payment has been made to Transporters.
3. Bill entry and reconciliation
Entering details of Inter Company Bills raised in Proman in Tally.
Reconciling Inter Company Bills directly uploaded from Proman system to Tally. Ensuring Tally data matches Proman Data.
Filing all Bills, Purchase Orders & maintaining the files.

· Attending calls received on phone and informing Senior Executive, Accounts of the same and responding to the same as directed by Senior Executive, Accounts
· Updating own data in MIS in a timely manner.
D. KEY EXTERNAL INTERFACES: External Agencies with which the job holder is required to interact for achieving the Key Accountabilities.
