Job Summary
The Audit & Accounts Assistant will assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, accounting, GST compliance, income tax compliance, TDS, ROC filings, and financial reporting for clients across various industries. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to client locations.
Key Responsibilities Audit
· Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits ,Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Due Diligence Assignments, Revenue Audits, Process Audits, Verification of Books of Accounts, Vouching & Verification, Physical Verification of Assets, Inventory Verification, Preparation of Audit Working Papers, Preparation of Audit Reports, Risk Assessment, Internal Control Testing, Compliance Testing
Accounts
· Bookkeeping, Preparation of Journal Entries, Ledger Scrutiny, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, Customer Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Register Maintenance, Preparation of
· Trial Balance, Finalisation Support, Preparation of Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, MIS Reports, Budget vs Actual Analysis

Working Conditions
· Office-based with travel to client locations within Bengaluru and occasionally outside Karnataka.
· Ability to work extended hours during statutory filing and audit seasons.
· Five-and-a-half-day work week (or as per firm policy).
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Good understanding of accounting and auditing concepts.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
· Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
· Willingness to travel for audit assignments.
· High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
· Ability to manage multiple client assignments simultaneously.
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
