Role Overview:
NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Sales Team for which a Business Developer has a critical role.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the offshore mobile and web development market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing
tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and costs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless
project execution and client satisfaction.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services and expand
professional connections.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management
team.
Required Candidate Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT or software development
industry, preferably in offshore services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web development technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Worked in Service based company.
- Understanding of Open-source platforms like WordPress, magneto, shopify.
- Understanding of mobile development platforms like Android, iOS, React Native.
- Understanding of web development platforms like PHP, .Net and Python.
