TAAC CBSE School, Salem is seeking passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teachers who can create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and be capable of fostering holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE and early childhood learning standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Develop foundational skills in language, numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, activity-based learning, and play-way methods
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly and maintain records
- Identify learning gaps and provide individualized support where required
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student development
- Organize and participate in school events, activities, and celebrations
- Ensure classroom discipline with a positive and encouraging approach
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators for curriculum planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori training preferred)
- Minimum 5–6 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Pre-primary levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards children
- Knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning methodologies
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and reporting
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
