- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring highly specialized professionals, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Onboarding: Facilitating comprehensive orientation programs to introduce new clinical staff to patient safety standards, ethical practices, and hospital culture.
2. Compliance and Risk Management
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring the hospital complies with state and federal labor laws, licensing requirements, and healthcare regulations (such as patient data privacy laws).
- Credential Verification: Verifying the medical licenses, certifications, and background checks of all healthcare providers before they interact with patients.
3. Training and Performance Management
- Continuous Learning: Coordinating training initiatives so medical staff remain updated on the latest treatments, medical technologies, and life-saving protocols.
- Performance Reviews: Managing structured appraisal cycles (e.g., supervisor evaluations, peer reviews) to align employee performance with patient care and safety standards.
4. Employee Relations and Wellness
- Conflict Resolution: Handling grievances and disputes. Because hospitals are high-stress environments, maintaining a balanced and harmonious work decorum is vital.
- Burnout Prevention: Implementing wellness initiatives, mental health support programs, and flexible scheduling to reduce turnover and support staff well-being.
5. Compensation and Administration
- Payroll & Benefits: Administering salaries, health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating secure, confidential databases for both personnel and operational records
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
