Fit Square helps gyms and fitness centres to grow by increasing their visibility, bringing in new footfall, driving additional revenue, and creating stronger brand exposure through partner campaigns and city-wide fitness activations.
Role Description :
The primary role is to increase Fit Square’s access across Mumbai by onboarding the balance target gyms. Post expansion, the candidate will take end-to-end ownership of servicing Mumbai's partner network, ensuring smooth operations and easy rollout of new processes, platform updates, and staff communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across Mumbai by identifying, prioritising, and visiting target gyms and fitness centres across key areas.
- Build and manage pipeline from lead generation to closure, onboarding, and readiness to accept users.
- Coordinate all requirements, including gym categorisation, staff contacts, photoshoots or virtual tours, before making the gym live and accessible for users.
- Engage with owners, managers, and stakeholders to build long term partnership and trust.
- Own city responsibility by resolving partner issues, managing ongoing requests, and maintaining partner health across live branches
- Execute updates in deliverables and making sure new features are easily integrated within current systems.
Candidate Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience in partnerships, field sales, operations, or a similar external-facing role.
- Comfort with daily travel across Mumbai and the ability to work effectively in a field-heavy setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage owners, managers, and front-desk teams.
- Ability to balance new partnerships along with assisting existing partners operate smoothly.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, CRMs, and basic reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is expected; Marathi is an added advantage.
