Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing/ M.sc Nursing/ Post BSc.
- Valid Chhattisgarh Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
Experience
- 1–5 years of clinical experience
- Hands-on exposure to ICU / NICU / PICU / HDU / General & Private Wards / Emergency
- Freshers may apply (training & competency assessment as per NABH)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality nursing care as per doctors’ orders and hospital protocols
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and maintain nursing records
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections safely
- Assist in emergency care, CPR, and critical procedures
- Care of critically ill patients including ventilated patients
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and biomedical waste management
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge care
- Maintain documentation as per NABH standards
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and observation skills
- Knowledge of emergency and critical care protocols
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Certifications (Preferred)
- BLS (Mandatory)
- ACLS / PALS / NRP (as applicable)
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts including night duties
