Job Summary:
The Production Line Worker is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packing, and handling healthcare products as per quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines. The employee must maintain cleanliness, follow GMP practices, and ensure timely production.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment as per SOPs.
Assemble healthcare products accurately.
Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
Pack and label finished products correctly.
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Complete production targets within the given timeline.
Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow all safety procedures.
Maintain production records as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma/B.E
Freshers or 0–1 years of production experience.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of production processes.
Ability to work in shifts.
Good attention to detail.
Soldering.
Teamwork and discipline.
Physically fit to stand for long hours.
Working Conditions:
Factory/Manufacturing environment.
PPE must be worn at all times.
