We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and oversee all brand, digital, and traditional marketing efforts. In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, leading a team of specialists, and analyzing market trends to maximize brand awareness and revenue. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling marketing campaigns and turning data into growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy encompassing digital marketing, content, SEO, paid media, email, public relations, and events. Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and develop the marketing team (including coordinators, designers, and writers). Allocate resources and manage workloads effectively. Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI across all paid channels, tools, and agency spend. Data-Driven Optimization: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and pipeline generation for executive leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging, successful product launches, and alignment on lead-generation targets. Brand & Positioning: Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, positioning, and voice across all customer touchpoints
