Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to manage customer enquiries, lead generation, follow-up activities, and support real estate sales operations. The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling high-volume customer interactions, guiding junior telecallers, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring effective lead conversion through professional communication and customer relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, offers, and location advantages to prospective customers.
Generate, manage, and qualify leads received through websites, advertisements, social media platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, and buying timeline to recommend suitable property options.
Maintain accurate customer records and update call details, follow-ups, customer feedback, and lead status in CRM systems.
Perform regular follow-ups with customers to increase engagement and improve conversion opportunities.
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm site visits for interested customers and ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
Monitor and track lead progress from enquiry stage until booking or closure.
Support and guide junior telecallers in handling customer communication, CRM updates, and follow-up practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling performance reports and maintain productivity records.
Coordinate with management and sales teams to achieve lead generation and booking targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure proper communication standards, customer confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Qualification:
Any Degree / Relevant Qualification Preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or real estate sales operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
