Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with hands-on expertise in Galileo and Amadeus GDS systems, particularly for airline ticketing. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel requirements, preparing suitable travel options, managing bookings and itineraries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. Key Responsibilities Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options. Handle airline ticket bookings and reservations using Galileo and Amadeus GDS. Prepare and manage complete travel itineraries based on client requirements. Assist clients with flight options, accommodations, destinations, and other travel related services. Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, and travel trends. Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and service. Manage multiple bookings and itineraries while maintaining high attention to detail. Upsell travel packages, additional services, and suitable travel products wherever applicable. Coordinate with relevant teams, airlines, hotels, and travel service providers when required. Adapt to changes in travel schedules, client requirements, and other circumstances. Ensure a smooth and positive travel experience for clients. Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role. Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Galileo GDS. Strong knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus GDS systems. Good understanding of airline ticketing and reservation processes. Knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, and travel trends
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in travel booking software and related tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple travel itineraries with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays, when required. Strong sales and upselling skills. Passion for travel and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
