A Speech Therapist / Occupational Therapist provides assessment and intervention services to support children's communication, sensory, motor, and functional development. The role involves designing individualized therapy plans, conducting sessions, monitoring progress, guiding families, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve overall development and independence.Assess children's developmental, communication, sensory, motor, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Improve communication, speech, language, fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Monitor progress and modify therapy goals as needed.
- Educate and counsel parents on home programs and therapy strategies.
- Maintain accurate assessments, treatment records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with special educators, physiotherapists, psychologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
- Ensure safe, ethical, and child-centered care.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
