About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and contributing to business expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, partners, and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer information.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
