Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled E-learning Designer with hands-on expertise in Adobe Animate and Articulate 360 (Storyline) to join our learning solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in character and object animation, strong design fundamentals, and the ability to conceptualize and visualize learning content creatively—without involvement in backend development or programming.
This is a pure design-focused role, best suited for professionals with a keen eye for detail, proficiency in animation tools, and a flair for visual storytelling in digital learning formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout e-learning slides using Articulate 360 / Storyline, including transitions, animations, and visual consistency (no coding or trigger development involved).
- Create character and object animations using Adobe Animate, especially for scenario based learning and interactive elements.
- Trace and create static technical illustrations, diagrams, and maps using Adobe Illustrator, primarily for educational or print purposes.
- Design layered vector assets in Illustrator for use in Adobe After Effects animations.
- Develop visually compelling Photoshop templates for e-learning screens and course layouts.
- Occasionally design flyer templates, infographics, or other static visuals in Photoshop as per project needs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to visualize content concepts.
- Maintain adherence to branding guidelines, color theory, and typography best practices.
- Provide design input and ideas to enhance user engagement and visual consistency.
Required Expertise (Must-Have Skills)
- Adobe Animate: Expert-level skills in character and object animation; ability to create reusable templates.
- Articulate 360 Storyline: Minimum 2 years of experience working on e-learning layout and visual design (No external coding is required, but have knowledge of implementing storyline triggers).
- Adobe Illustrator: Proficient in tracing and creating vector graphics and technical illustrations.
- Adobe Photoshop: Skilled in layout and visual template design for screen-based learning.
- Adobe Audition & Adobe Premiere Pro: Basic editing and sound clean-up for multimedia integration.
Preferred Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Adobe After Effects: For creating advanced animations and motion graphics.
- Adobe InDesign: For layout-based print and digital publishing projects.
- Adobe Captivate: Basic knowledge is an advantage.
- HTML5 / CSS3 (Dreamweaver): Awareness of responsive design and layout behaviour.
