Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Jewellery Sales Executive with a strong background in the jewellery industry. The role involves client engagement, driving sales, and delivering a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in and high-value clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, designs, and pricing
- Present and sell products effectively, ensuring a luxury buying experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Use sales tools/software to track performance and generate reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, custom orders, and after-sales service
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury jewellery sales (Mandatory)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery and gemstones
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in sales software and reporting tools
Note: Jewellery industry background is strictly mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
