Job Title: Sales & Support Executive (Remote) – Tamil & Malayalam
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Support Executives (Remote) to drive business growth and provide customer assistance for the Petrosoft Product Application. The role combines end-to-end sales execution with post-sales customer support, targeting clients in Tamil- and Malayalam-speaking regions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels
- Conduct online product demonstrations in Tamil and/or Malayalam
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions
- Close deals and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Track and update sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports
Support Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales support to customers via calls, chat, or email
- Assist users with product onboarding and usage guidance
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and technical concerns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow-ups
Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in Tamil or Malayalam (speaking & understanding)
- Laptop with a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle both sales targets and customer support tasks
- Prior experience in software/app sales or customer support preferred
- Self-driven and capable of working remotely
Compensation
- 10% commission on achieved revenue targets
