Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring talented professionals for our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates who align with the company's culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and assist in the offer rollout process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers with complete accuracy.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
