Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Educator to teach Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies (SST). The primary goal is to foster critical thinking, numerical literacy, scientific curiosity, and social awareness among students. The candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Mathematics:
- Teach core mathematical concepts, algebra, geometry, and arithmetic.
- Develop logical reasoning and step-by-step problem-solving skills in students.
- Utilize practical examples and interactive tools to simplify complex formulas.
- Science:
- Explain fundamental concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Conduct interactive experiments, hands-on activities, and laboratory demonstrations.
- Relate scientific principles to real-world phenomena and everyday life.
- Social Studies (SST):
- Deliver lessons covering History, Geography, Civics/Political Science, and Economics.
- Promote global awareness, civic responsibility, and critical evaluation of historical and social events.
- Use visual aids, maps, timelines, and case studies to make learning engaging.
General Duties
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare structured, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Student Assessment: Design tests, quizzes, and homework assignments; evaluate and grade academic performance regularly.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, order, and an inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student achievements, behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Mentorship & Support: Identify struggling students and provide targeted academic support or remedial guidance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
