is looking for skilled and hardworking VMC Operators for precision machining operations in the automobile manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for operating VMC machines for production of automotive components while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for automobile component machining
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Perform production operations according to engineering drawings and process sheets
- Monitor machining cycles and maintain production targets
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/rework
- Perform tool offset correction and basic tool changing
- Maintain coolant levels, machine cleanliness, and daily machine checks
- Follow safety procedures and 5S standards on shop floor
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for production activities
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Turner, CNC Operator, or related field
- Experience operating VMC/CNC machines in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of engineering drawing reading
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controllers preferred
- Experience in automobile or auto component manufacturing preferred
Experience:
1 to 5 years preferred
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
