Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls (cold calling included)
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options
- Maintain data in MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process

- Basic knowledge of MS Office
