Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally. Explain diagnostic tests, health packages, and home healthcare services. Book appointments for home sample collection and diagnostic services. Follow up with patients regarding bookings, reports, and feedback. Coordinate with phlebotomists, technicians, and the operations team. Maintain patient records and update CRM/Excel sheets. Resolve patient queries with empathy and professionalism. Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets. Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent customer service
