Hiring | Executive Business Development – US Shift
we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about lead generation, client engagement, and building business relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to work with clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting.
- Execute email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate records and manage prospects using CRM tools.
- Coordinate meetings with prospective clients and support the Business Development team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation or business development is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation or exposure to the US market will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
