WE ARE HIRING – Customer Service Representative (US Voice Process)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Shift: EST Time Zone (5:00/6:00 PM – 2:00/3:00 AM)
Cab facility will be provided
Location: Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Voice Process who will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, capable of addressing customer needs promptly and professionally while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Ø Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of US voice process experience
- Strong outbound calling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Healthcare support experience is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
