Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Allocate manpower according to the production plan.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, rework, and wastage.
- Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
- Train operators on production processes and safety practices.
- Maintain discipline and attendance of shop-floor employees.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Support new product development and trial production.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
