Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics & AI Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in motion design, video content creation, and AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into visually appealing motion content.
- Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and edit images, videos, animations, and creative assets.
- Work on AI-generated visuals, AI video generation, image-to-video, and creative experimentation.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver campaign creatives.
- Adapt creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design, AI tools, visual trends, and content formats.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Video Design, or a related creative role.
- Strong knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of motion design, animation, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image/video generation and editing.
- Strong knowledge of social media video formats, especially Reels and short-form content.
- Creative thinking with good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Advertising agency / digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion and AI-based creative work is required.
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Firefly, ChatGPT, or other AI creative platforms will be an added advantage.
Note: This role is focused on motion graphics, video content, AI-generated creatives, and creative production, not simple static image posting.
