Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP/Tally, and familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and reconcile GST returns.
- Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable financial regulations.
Payroll Support
- Verify payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounting entries.
- Ensure timely statutory remittances related to payroll.
Vendor & Customer Management
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer balances.
- Follow up on customer collections and outstanding receivables.
Finance Operations
- Monitor employee reimbursements and travel claims.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Support process improvements and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with procurement, HR, and operations teams on finance-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, Aerospace, Defence, or Industrial organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
