Role Overview
We at Synergy Green Ventures are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and can efficiently manage sales processes from lead coordination to client onboarding.
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and administrative support for the sales team
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline updates
- Support lead management and customer onboarding processes
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Ensure timely communication with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination and process management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or workspace/real estate-related industries
- Familiarity with sales reporting and client relationship management
