Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at the industrial park.
- Monitor installation of pipelines, drainage systems, sewage systems, water tanks, pumps, and fixtures.
- Ensure plumbing work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other site supervisors.
- Plan manpower deployment for plumbing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of plumbing work as per project schedule.
Maintenance Management
- Inspect water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures regularly.
- Identify leakages, blockages, and maintenance issues and ensure immediate repair.
- Monitor pump operations, water storage tanks, and sewage systems.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure plumbing work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor the use of proper materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
Material Management
- Monitor plumbing material usage and maintain stock records.
- Coordinate with the purchase/store department for required materials.
Reporting
- Maintain daily work reports and progress reports.
- Report technical issues, delays, or resource requirements to management.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in plumbing supervision.
- Experience in industrial projects, commercial complexes, or large residential projects preferred.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of water supply systems and drainage systems
- Ability to read plumbing drawings

Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
