Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter & HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities along with core HR operational responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and statutory compliance.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other HR compliance-related activities.
- Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of HRMS/payroll software is preferred.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
