Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Booking & Tour Package Executive who will be responsible for handling hotel reservations, designing travel packages, and coordinating with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel bookings (domestic & international) as per client requirements
Design and customize tour packages based on client preferences and budget
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners
Provide clients with detailed itineraries, pricing, and travel options
Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications
Negotiate rates with hotels and suppliers for better pricing
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain strong relationships
Handle customer queries and provide travel-related assistance
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client data
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hotel booking
Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and tour planning
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and booking portals (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or related field
Experience in travel agency or tour operations company
