We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Tourism Sales Manager to promote tourism products, generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
The candidate will be responsible for selling tour packages, resort stays, eco-tourism experiences, corporate outings, retreats, events, and travel-related services to individuals, groups, corporates, schools, and travel partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads and achieve tourism sales targets.
- Promote tour packages, resort bookings, events, retreats, and travel experiences.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and field visits.
- Build partnerships with travel agents, corporates, schools, colleges, and event organizers.
- Conduct presentations and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable tourism solutions.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate with digital marketing and branding teams.
- Promote tourism products through online and offline channels.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Develop promotional offers and seasonal packages.
Booking & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth guest experiences.
- Ensure proper communication regarding bookings, itineraries, and guest requirements.
- Monitor group bookings, corporate events, and special arrangements.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM/database records.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Suggest new tourism products and revenue opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in tourism, hospitality, travel sales, or resort marketing.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
