Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, content creation, market research, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand-building initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Analyze website traffic, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Develop marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and messaging.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Lead Generation & Business Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing databases and customer engagement programs.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and designers for campaign execution.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing automation tools.

Salary Range: 35K to 50K
