Role:
Design & Development of Software for Instrument Panel cluster (IPC) & Cockpit Domain Controller (CDC)
Responsibilities:
§ Design and develop software for advanced automotive
IPC & CDC
from concept to production.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define
system requirements, functional specifications, and architecture
.
§ Own
end‑to‑end Model‑Based Development (MBD)
, including requirement translation, planning, reviews, quality, and reuse governance
§ Research and evaluate
emerging technologies and industry trends
to maintain competitive designs.
§ Project management and coordination with suppliers, including
technical reviews and alignment of supplier deliverables
§ Perform
testing and validation
at vehicle and part level to ensure compliance with functional specifications and relevant industry standards.
§ Provide
technical support
to manufacturing and assembly teams during production. Perform
quality issue analysis and define countermeasures
Technical/ Functional:
§ Good knowledge of
automotive features and functions
of IPC & CDC systems
§ Knowledge of
automotive safety standards and regulations
(AIS, IS, ECE – as applicable)
§ Understanding of
Cybersecurity & Functional Safety concepts

§ Experience with development of
automotive embedded software
on SoC & Microcontroller platforms.
§ Knowledge of
POSIX‑based operating systems
and hypervisor concepts
in embedded software
§ Hands‑on experience with
Model‑Based Development (MATLAB/Simulink)
in production programs
§ Working knowledge of
AUTOSAR‑based ECU software development
, including embedded software architecture and
end‑to‑end ECU software lifecycle
§ Experience in
test case / checklist creation
based on functional specifications.
§ Understanding of
display logic, driver information prioritization, and HMI behaviour

§ Experience supporting
supplier deliverables and technical reviews
