Job Description: Electrical Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installation work at solar project sites (rooftop and ground-mounted).
- Execute and monitor electrical activities as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Assist in installation of panels, inverters, LT/HT panels, cable laying, earthing, and testing.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of site activities.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate with the project team.
- Support commissioning and testing of solar power plants.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years (solar project experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of solar electrical systems and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
