We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our product engineering team. This role is for builders who enjoy designing AI systems from first principles and turning them into reliable, scalable products. While we are an AI security company, this position focuses on building core AI models, architectures, and pipelines that power a wide range of AI driven use cases across our products.
This role is ideal for engineers who graduated in 2022 or later and have strong hands on experience working with modern AI systems, especially Large Language Models and agent based workflows.
What You Will Do
- Design and build AI models, architectures, and pipelines for real world AI use cases
- Work deeply with Large Language Models, transformers, and agent based systems
- Build end to end AI workflows including data ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation
- Develop agentic systems and multi step reasoning pipelines
- Implement LLM powered services and internal platforms used across products
- Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, and security teams to ship AI features
- Build wrappers, APIs, and lightweight full stack interfaces around AI workflows
- Experiment rapidly, prototype new ideas, and productionize successful approaches
- Analyze model behavior, limitations, and edge cases using data driven methods
- Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and research in applied AI
- Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to the team
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, graduated 2022 or later
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals including linear algebra, probability, and optimization
- Deep conceptual understanding of Large Language Models and transformer based architectures
- Hands on experience building with LLMs and agent based systems
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Practical experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, or similar
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval augmented generation systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and data libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Familiarity with LLMOps concepts such as evaluation, monitoring, and iteration
- Experience building simple full stack or API based wrappers around AI workflows
- Required experience using modern AI assisted development tools such as Cursor, AntiGravity, or VS Code with Copilot
- Strong problem solving skills, creativity, and systems thinking
- Clear communication skills and willingness to engage with new problems and ideas
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, Ollama, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with LangGraph, agent to agent workflows, or orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to multimodal models including MMLMs or VLMs
- Experience with Pinecone or similar vector databases
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or NextJS for building internal tools
- Understanding of production deployment, scaling, and performance considerations
- Open source contributions, research projects, or technical writing

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
