Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely.
- Verify delivery details before dispatch.
- Collect payments, if required, and submit them to the office.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmations.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transit.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle problems to the supervisor.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
