Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher / Spoken English Trainer to help students and working professionals improve their communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to teach grammar, spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and personality development through engaging and interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills classes.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials.
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, presentations, and public speaking sessions.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to improve communication skills.
- Help students prepare for interviews, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and course documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Spoken English or TESOL/TEFL is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong grammar and pronunciation knowledge.
- Online class management and student engagement skills.
- Confidence in conducting interactive training sessions.
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PowerPoint, online teaching tools).
- Ability to teach students from different educational backgrounds.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, or English training.
- Knowledge of personality development and soft skills training.
- Experience in interview preparation and corporate communication.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
